GROWTH is founded by Mother and Art Therapist Fiona Wilks. Fiona has a passion for helping others on their journey of GROWTH and SELF DISCOVERY. Having struggled with mental health issues in her youth she wished she had access to the information and resources she had now. GROWTH offers a space for those seeking support to NOURISH, LEARN and INSPIRE along their healing journey.

GROWTH is founded by Mother and Art Therapist Fiona Wilks. Fiona has a passion for helping others on their journey of GROWTH and SELF DISCOVERY. Having struggled with mental health issues in her youth she wished she had access to the information and resources she had now. GROWTH offers a space for those seeking support to NOURISH, LEARN and INSPIRE along their healing journey.
Fiona provides workshops for youth services, schools, hospitals e.t.c. and currently runs positive wellbeing art therapy workshops a Coffs Harbour Women's Health centre. She also has worked with Starlight Children's foundation for the last five years as a hospital facilitator and online chat host for Livewire, supporting teenagers with serious illness and disability.
Fiona's background in film, theatre and events has lead her to share stories and information to the world
via film, photography and blogs.
